Services

Tax Preparation and Accounting Services

We provide tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, and financial advisory services. By using these services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Provide all necessary documents and records in a timely manner
• Review and approve all returns and documents before filing
• Pay all fees as agreed upon
• Comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations

We are not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information provided by you.

Third-Party Integrations

Our Service may integrate with third-party services including Plaid (for bank account access), Google (for Gmail and Calendar access), and other service providers. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party account credentials and for authorizing or revoking access to these services through our Service.

Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Service:

The foregoing does not affect any warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Except as prohibited by law, you will hold us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage, however it arises (including attorneys' fees and all related costs and expenses of litigation and arbitration, or at trial or on appeal, if any, whether or not litigation or arbitration is instituted), whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, or arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including without limitation any claim for personal injury or property damage, arising from this agreement and any violation by you of any federal, state, or local laws, statutes, rules, or regulations, even if the Company has been previously advised of the possibility of such damage. Except as prohibited by law, if there is liability found on the part of the Company, it will be limited to the amount paid for the products and/or services, and under no circumstances will there be consequential or punitive damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of punitive, incidental or consequential damages, so the prior limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms of Use.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms of Use which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

If you are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms of Use shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation Interpretation
